Spring Break Adventures with Flat Stanley

Sara's cousin Alex sent us Flat Stanley and asked if we could show him around where we live. We were so excited to get him, especially during spring break. We had big day trip plans to see some of the things near us we hadn't been able to because of school and winter.

First we took him fishing and Sara caught a fish as big as he was.

Next we took him to our favorite park. It's our favorite because it has a Sphinx!

And the TALLEST swirly slide ever!

Then we went to Insectropolis

and we saw a lot of interesting bugs and critters

After that we went on the Staten Island Ferry to New York

and went to Crumbs....and bakery that sells excellent cupcakes

And we saw the Statue of Liberty (kind of hard to see in the picture)

And the big finally was a trip to Hershey Park

It was cold and rainy, but he still had a blast on the carousel

Stanley! My sister and her friend took him around St. Augustine about ten years ago. My brother made this sweet movie of it all. Your kids are so cute!
