We got to come home!!!!!!!!! The doctors said Sara could come home on oral antibiotics and we'll just watch her for a relapse. If she starts to have symptoms again we'll have to go back and talk about a PICC line with more IV antibiotics, but we thought we'd try the least invasive route first. This week will be busy with 2 local doctor follow up appointments and a kidney specialist at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia appointment. We're hoping that the specialist will be able to shed some more light on the mass they found in her kidney. For now the infection seems to be under control and we're happy to be home.

A family picture - it's blury, but it's the only one we have

WELCOME HOME!!!!!!

There was a mystery package with this awesome costume waiting for us when we got home.

and Sara's Aunt passed on her guitar. Sara loves it.

Thank you to all who have prayed and sent cards and gifts and happy thoughts our way. We have felt so loved. I can't say thank you enough.
