Star Wars Luau

Matthew and Sara wanted to do a combined birthday party this year. Matthew wanted a Star Wars theme and Sara a hula party. So we had a "Star Wars Luau". Matthew loves the show Cake Boss and wanted to make Buddy's cake recipe. He worked very hard and we followed the recipe exactly. It was our first time working with fondant. I think it turned out great. All the credit goes to Matthew and Sean on the cake. Matthew walked us through every step. Sara wanted an ice cream cake so it worked out perfectly. We had lots of great food, fun games, and fantastic guests. Matthew even made a Darth Vader Droid Robot out of wood scraps for the party. He was so proud. He painted the robot with magnetic paint and everything. Happy Birthday Sara and Matthew! Thanks everyone for celebrating with us.
