February Break

Here in the East the schools have a week off in February known as February break. We took the week and headed to Massachusetts. We spent time with cousins and grandparents at a nature center where they had lots of great animals and an informational show with a live hawk.

We had a playdate with our dear friends with whom there is never enough time.

It may have been a bonus that Lily slept through most of this playdate....these two both have very strong opinions about how things should go when they get together.

Matthew came down with the stomach bug the very next day and looked like this for the better part of a day and a half.

The girls spent some time making jewelry

When Matthew felt a little better, he and Grandpa played with legos.

We were able to get in a little sledding

The kids had some more quality cousin time

including a car ramp with a jump complete with audience.

They also squeezed in a couple fantastic games of Red light, Green light.
