2nd Annual We LOVE to be a family day!

Last year we started a Valentine's Day tradition.  The Saturday after Valentine's Day is our "We LOVE to be a family day!"  We plan simple activities that we like to do together and work them in throughout our normal Saturday schedule.  (Usually we just have to fit swimming lessons into the day.)  Here's what this year entailed.

This year, Sean's sister joined us.  She only wanted to be in the silly picture

First on the list: Dunkin Donuts new heart shaped donuts

2nd: Make sugar cookie dough

3rd: Play with play dough

4th: Decorate the sugar cookies

5th: We went to the movie theater to see Frozen

6th:  Ding Dong Ditching!!!  We brought the sugar cookies to some families we know.  

I love how you can see a child in the doorway while Sara and Lily are trying to make their getaway

7th:  Balloon Games!

Last:  We did a science experiment:  Making Rock Candy!!!
